Its core function is blocking external noise, primarily through passive insulation focused on "sound isolation." Sound insulation is typically 30–45 dB, with a simple structure (single/double-layer panels plus standard absorptive foam), suitable for office partitions, livestreaming studios, music rooms, and general workshop isolation.
On top of insulation, it layers internal absorption, silencing, vibration isolation, and ventilation noise control — blocking external noise while eliminating internal echoes and residual low frequencies to achieve an ultra-low noise floor. Sound insulation exceeds 50 dB through multi-layer composite damping, floating vibration isolation, sealing, and silenced fresh-air supply, fitting precision inspection, acoustic testing, recording, audiometry, and high-end sleep pods.
A standard static room passes at ≤40 dB(A), industrial inspection at ≤30 dB(A), and professional precision work at ≤20 dB(A).
Acceptance is written as an on-site measured dBA with a Class-1 sound level meter (IEC 61672), under agreed conditions — so you accept the room on a verified result, not a promise.
Before the project, we define the target in your contract as a measured value — for example in-room ≤30 dBA with HVAC running and the line in operation. On completion, the room is measured on site with a Class-1 meter (IEC 61672). If the number is not met, it is not accepted. Delivered projects have measured as low as 9.7–18.6 dBA in real customer plants.
Yes. Rooms are built in Shanghai, exported flat-pack, and assembled and commissioned on site — including overseas plants such as in Vietnam.
Acoustic rooms are manufactured at our Shanghai factory, shipped as flat-pack panels, and assembled, sealed and commissioned at the destination. Jinxiu has completed anonymized overseas installations in Southeast Asia and currently exports to Thailand, Vietnam, India, the United States and Mexico. On-site measured acceptance applies to overseas projects too.
