A leading global ODM needed in-room background noise held to ≤30 dBA — on a live, moving assembly line inside a workshop running at about 75 dBA. Three to four specialist vendors trialed it and concluded an inline static room to that spec was not achievable. JINXIU re-engineered the acoustic structure, the conveyor pass-throughs and the sealing to hit the target without breaking line flow. The result: JINXIU now supplies over 95% of Quanta’s in-service inline static rooms and 100% of new-build projects.
